Welcome
A huge welcome and thank you for supporting Hells Fells 2023. Based in the magnificent Yorkshire Dales National Park, the week is a celebration of our armed forces & emergency services.
Hells Fells is a family festival, we have lots of exciting things for the children to do, we have a water slip and slide, plunge pool, childrens disco and much more
The week starts with adventure training for the children of armed forces & emergency service families. The week is free to attend from the 7th to the 10th August 2023.
Parents & children will form a group camp all week. During the days the children take part in organised adventure training whilst parents relax and enjoy the Yorkshire Dales.
Parents are welcome to support the staff leading the adventure training activities if they wish.
Friday afternoon is the start of the festival weekend.
The campsite opens at 12:00hrs on Friday 11th August 2022.
Children's entertainment starts at 16:00hrs with the children's disco.
The Veterans Village bars opens at 1600hrs and a wide selection of food will be available.
Live Music starts at 18:00hrs, Ska Face are headlining from 2100hrs.
Hot breakfast is available on site from 07:30hrs.
From 0900hrs there will be a number of adventure training activities taking place in the local area, please come along and join in. Activities include:

Pony Trekking
The event does attract a number of scooter and motorcyclists who ride-out on the Saturday.
Come and watch the Arena Trial Biking at 10:00 - 12:00 / 14:00 - 16:00
Hells Fells Open Mic starts on the main stage at 1400hrs and is open to everyone.
Veterans village bar opens at 1600hrs.
Saturday night is fancy dress with the theme of 'Country and Western'
Live Music starts at 1800hrs, with Dolly Parton & Kenny Rogers tribute live from 2100hrs
A wide selection of hot food is available, Pizza's, Burgers, Hog roast and much more.
Hot breakfast will be available on site from 0730hrs and the bar will be open from 1100hrs for 'survivors.'
Entertainment on Sunday afternoon will be a fire pit jamming session open to everyone.
